Group Facilitation

Other than working on a one-to-one basis I am also available to facilitate in a group setting, both physically and online. I am particularly skilled at holding a space for people to connect with their true essence and help to shift anything that might get in the way of that. I regularly run one-day retreats in Malawi and have previously facilitated at international retreats and led meditation sessions for university and high school students. I am available to offer for example the following in a group setting:

  • yoga/meditation sessions

  • workshops/retreats (for example, for participants to explore and connect with who they really are beyond any conditioning)

  • plant-based cooking workshops
